Endorsement renewal/reissue previously endorsed policy

Description
currently the reissue pulls information that was most recently added, rather than only from the original quote. When reissuing a policy, the information should pull from the most recent information, rather than generating based off of the original quote.

Unfortunately, the 'retrieve quote' process is broken when retrieving a quote. They use the same set of scripts. You might need to create two sets of scripts to handle both. Follow the attached image below.
