Calendars in V3 - Weeks should start on Sunday

Description

Currently some of the calendars on V3 are starting the week on Monday. Please change the format of the calendars so the weeks begin on Monday.

Hi Arun,

I noticed a server instance is running in review. Is this ready for my testing? If it is, please adjust this ticket in the following manner:

(1) update 'status' to 'QA.'
(2) change 'Assignee' to 'George Howington'
(3) provide the branch I am testing.
