closedInformation not pulling to 'application pages' upon hitting renewals

HI Chetan,
During the testing of Ruby upgrades, two issues were raised.
(1) Renewals: On the TME products, the enrollment information is blank. See Image 1.
(2) Renewals: On the Qualitas and Conduzco products, Quota application and application information are blank. See Image 2

Hi George,
I've fixed the population issue in all TME products, Qualitas and Conduzco.

Hi Chetan,
I'm unable to complete testing. After setting up an affiliate, and adding myself as the user, the "Issue Policy" link does not appear.
I assume this is related to a caching issue after the Ruby 3 upgrade:
