Description

Hi Abhi,

Grant and Joe have requested a third option when charging for endorsements. If this request is possible, please add a third option "Charge existing card on file". When selected:

(1) Only the submit button is available.
(2) The backend will charge the existing credit card. The same method is used when editing the application.
