Description

Please change the redline installation from a command line instance into a repository with full CI/CD experience. Ensure we do not lose database connectivity with this change, or any of our existing functionality.

We also need to enable https using a cert manager (AWS or LetsEncrypt) so it's secure, as it currently is not.
