On server https://polmaker-ms-pr-187.herokuapp.com/tme/, after enabling an affiliate for TME products, I am getting a server error. This error presents itself after the first page of the application, before going to the shopping cart:

Issue 1: When canceling and voiding a policy, on the 'tme report,' the cancellation is reflected on the day it was canceled. Unfortunately, the original sale goes missing from the report the sale was made initially.

For example, A sale was made on 7/14/2022, policy 400000003.
(1) Prior to cancellation, policy reflects appropriately on the 7/14 report:

(3) The policy cancellation reflects properly on the 7/15 report:

(4) Unfortunately, not only has the policy status for policy 400000003 is not reflected on the 'newly run' 7/14 tme report, the entry is entirely missing:

Issue 2: If the cancellation is performed on the same day, the policy will need to reflect as two entries, a positive and a negative. Both in void/delete status. Currently, only the single negative entry is produced for both:

In summary, on the tme report, the original sale needs to continue to reflect on the day it was sold, still as a positive. Its status to reflect as a 'void.' If the cancellation is performed on the same day, the policy will need to reflect as two entries, a positive and a negative. Both in void/delete status.
