No rating is involved for this product, the rate will be the same regardless of how many dependents selected in Step 1. Quote results will look similar to TME or QEP products, the only difference being 2 different options for method of purchase. Annual lump sum, or semi annual payments. Rates to be shown will be in a child ticket to this ticket.
In the case of the semi annual payments, there will be a grace period of X days after notification of a payment not going through before the policy is terminated. The amount of days is still being determined by the underwriter. Upon notification of the payment not being accepted, an email should be sent to the customer alerting them to the failure. In the email there will be a link to provide new payment information. After the grace period, the system should mark the policy void and send another email notifying the customer the policy has been canceled, with a link to re-purchase at their convenience that will basically be like re-pulling a quote. All fields should be pre-populated for them for ease of purchase.
